At EnhancedbySA, every piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities to uphold quality, exclusivity, and intention. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
Sale Items:
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Sizing or colour preference
• Shipping or delivery delays
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Pre-Orders:
All pre-order items are made or secured specifically for you. Pre-orders are 100% final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed once purchased. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated production and dispatch timeframe shown on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are processed within the dispatch timeframe stated on each product page. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for:
• Postal delays
• Lost, stolen, or delayed parcels after dispatch
• Incorrect delivery details entered at checkout
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
Returns & Return Shipping:
We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. Return shipping is not accepted unless expressly approved by EnhancedbySA. Any unauthorised returns sent without approval will not be processed, refunded, or returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. All claims are assessed individually. If a product is confirmed to have a fault, we will provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, you are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.

If needed, lightly steam or press on a low setting with a protective cloth to preserve the fabric’s lustre, texture, and fluid drape. Store folded or draped with intention in a cool, dry place, separate from abrasive surfaces.
