Refunds:

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept refunds.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as EnhancedbySA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for major faults, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
